THE INSPIRATION

Inspired by the Victorian and Edwardian era hairstyles, Adir and Riley wanted a high-shine yet effortless vibe. Romantic, yet undone.

THE LOOK

A side-parted, effortless and bohemian low-bound braided ponytail with face-framing layers left to move naturally.

HOW TO

Prep: Adir washed Riley’s hair with Recovery Shampoo & Conditioner to leave it moisturized, soft and supple before he began styling. 

Style: Adir started the look with Volumizing Primer focused on the roots to set the foundation for the style. Adir then blow dried the hair with a round brush, setting each section back from the roots slightly, and then set in clips to cool for maximum memory. He then followed by taking 1” sections and using a 1” curling iron to create an undone wave. The hair was then side-parted, and refined with iron to create the right movement finishing off with Healing Oil for extra shine. To complete the look, Adir then pulled the hair back into a very low-bound braided ponytail and wrapped the ends with cord.
