Tap into your natural texture with Virtue® stylist and educator Gia Wendt, who shares her tips and tricks for an effortless air dry.
Starting in the shower, comb conditioner through hair with a wide-tooth comb. Then part it as you would normally to set the shape of your style.
Shape, scrunch, and style hair as usual.
Once you’re out of the shower, rub a nickel-to-quarter-sized amount of 6-in-1 Styler into your palms. Scrunch it into hair starting at the ends, working your way up into the mid strands.
Attn. wavy and curly hair types! Applying 6-in-1 Styler to soaking wet hair will actually lock in moisture, leading to a less-frizzy finish.
Use a blow dryer with a diffuser to work out excess moisture, with focus on the roots. As hair begins to dry, twist pieces to encourage a more defined wave. If you don’t have a diffuser, no worries! Just let hair dry naturally.
Once roots are mostly dry and ends are barely damp, apply a small amount of Moisture-Defining Whip to where you’d like more texture. (Think: bangs or around the face).
If you have a diffuser, use it once more all over for healthy, hydrated, and highly defined natural texture.
