2018 Emmy's: Romantic Ethereal Waves
Any time Emmy nominated actress Jessica Biel and Virtue Creative Director Adir Abergel get together we know something incredible is bound to happen... remember last years Emmy’s and that wrapped pony from the Globes? We were waiting on the edges of our seats for the 70th Annual Emmy Awards red carpet reveal and Jessica's cascading, ethereal waves did not dissapoint!
Inspired by the long delicate hairstyles of the Pre-Raphaelite era Abergel wanted to give Biel soft, romantic texture, that would frame her face and add delicate beauty to her stunning red carpet look.

Adir first prepped Jessica’s hair with Virtue Full Shampoo and Conditioner to dissolve daily impurities and create a soft, weightless foundation.
On damp hair he applied a few golf ball sized pumps of the Virtue Moisture-Defining Whip to enhance her natural texture, and followed with the 6-In-1 Styler for heat protection and to achieve a luxe satiny-smooth texture.
With a round brush he blew out her hair to create a smooth voluminous base. Then, using a flat iron Adir created a soft wave pattern by oscillating the iron in an upwards, then downwards repeat motion.
To finish the look Adir lightly sprayed our new Dry Shampoo through Jessica’s ends to create airy, weightless movement.
