Here colorist and salon owner, Christine Chavez, shares her trend prediction, Face-Framing Braids, and how to get the look.

Prep hair with Un-Frizz Cream to smooth out strands before blow drying.

Use a comb to section out the front hairline, while clipping the rest of the hair out of the way.

Add about a nickel size of 6-in-1 Styler to fingers, braid hair, allow 6-in-1 Styler to absorb into hair while braiding to keep flyaways in place.

To secure, I’m adding elastics at the end.

TIP: Don’t worry about it looking “perfect”––the imperfection is key here!
