Shampoo: Work a quarter-sized amount of shampoo into a lather between palms. Apply to wet hair and massage into scalp. Rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner: Work a quarter-sized amount of conditioner between palms, apply to wet hair, from mid-shaft to ends; leave in for 1-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
Density Booster: Once daily, on damp or dry hair, lift hair into sections and spray directly onto scalp. Gently massage in and do not rinse.
