Section hair vertically with fingers or a comb; apply Exfoliating Scalp Treatment directly to the scalp.

Massage in circular motions for about 2–3 minutes. Work product through the length of the hair. A scalp massage tool is a great way to add value to this step.

PRO TIP: Further elevate the service experience with a 5-minute hot towel treatment or put clients under heat for 5–10 minutes, then let hair cool for 5 minutes before rinsing.

Double rinse. The scrub also acts as a conditioner, so this is the final step in the shampoo-and-rinse routine. Unless client’s hair is particularly dry or textured, there is no need to condition again.

We recommend you send the Topical Scalp Supplement home with your clients to be used nightly to maintain a balanced scalp.

Client will apply 2–3 drops directly to the scalp in 3 different sections: down the center and along both sides of the center part. Massage throughout the scalp and hair.
