Returns Policy
You may return all or a portion of your order within 30 days of the date of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your Virtue product. Please contact us at customercare@virtuelabs.com or call 844-782-4247 to arrange a return or exchange.
We will refund your original method of payment for the portion of the order you are returning, based on the guidelines below, plus the portion of the sales tax associated with that return. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Products purchased during a BOGO offer are handled similarly to bundles. In this case, the BOGO offer applies to the lowest-priced item in the bundle, making it free. If a return is necessary, each item in the bundle has a new, equal value based on the order total for all the bundled items, where the same % off discount is applied to each item individually. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund that discounted value of the returned item to your original method of payment.

An entire Order
You buy three items in an Order at a total price of $90, plus taxes and shipping.
We will refund the entire price of the Order, plus applicable sales tax.

One or more items within an Order, but not the entire Order
You buy five items at a total price of $90, plus taxes and shipping and you want to return one item at a price of $30.
We will refund the full price of the item, plus applicable sales tax.

One or more items within a bundle (i.e. a set of multiple products sold at a discounted price per product), but not the entire bundle
You buy a bundle of three items for $75, plus taxes and shipping. If those three products were purchased individually, their price would be $30 each. In the bundle, they cost only $25 each, a savings of $5 over the full retail price on the Sites.
We will refund the price the item costs in the bundle, not the full retail price for the item on the Sites, plus applicable sales tax.

One item from a BOGO offer (buy one, get one free)
You buy a $38 shampoo and get its matching travel mini ($15 value) free, plus pay taxes and shipping.
We will apply the discount evenly across all items, then refund you based on the individual item value.
Order Total: $38 Individual Item Value: $19 Refund Amount: $19, plus applicable sales tax, regardless of which item is returned
Two items from a BOGO offer (buy two, get one free)
You buy a $38 shampoo, $40 conditioner, and get a $32 styler for free, plus pay taxes and shipping.
We will apply the discount evenly across all items, then refund you based on the individual item value.
Order Total: $110 Individual Item Value: $36.67 Refund Amount: $73.34, plus applicable sales tax, regardless of which item is returned
All items from a BOGO offer (buy one or buy two, get one free)
You buy a $38 shampoo, $40 conditioner, and get a $32 styler for free, plus pay taxes and shipping.
We will refund the full purchase price of the items, plus applicable sales tax.
Refund Amount: $78, plus applicable sales tax
We may require a receipt of the returned product prior to issuing a refund and will provide you with return shipping instructions if returning the product to Virtue is required. Virtue will pay for the cost of shipping a returned product back to us.
If you purchased Virtue products from another website, retailer, or salon, please reach out to your original point of purchase to request a return or exchange. We are unable to accept returns for purchases made outside of virtuelabs.com.
Gift cards for Virtue Labs are not returnable.
Exchanges Policy
Virtue is happy to accept exchanges of new or gently used products within 30 days of the date of purchase. To initiate your exchange, please email customercare@virtuelabs.com or call 844-782-4247.
Purchased items from a BOGO offer are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original item’s full price. Free products are not eligible for exchange.
