I have shoulder length, normal thickness dry hair. I took the quiz and it suggested that I buy the recovery line. I purchased shampoo and conditioner and received their styler for free. I have been using the system for about 1 week. This is making my hair feel like straw. It feels crunchy! I changed the quantity of product but still no improvement. Very disappointed :(

Recovery Conditioner is a fantastic product, great for my fine thinning hair. Products seem to renew my dry, dull, broken down split hair, and is even helping with overall thinning, and hair loss. I've noticed less hair down the drain and in the comb/brush. Worth every penny.
