In your own words, what does Alpha Keratin 60ku™ do for your hair?
“I have PCOS and my hair has been thinning since I was 16. It made me feel insecure for so long. Alpha Keratin 60ku™ has given me confidence.
My hair looks healthy and voluminous again. I can wear it au natural and rock frizz-free waves. These are all things that Virtue promised and actually delivered. What surprised me was that I could actually brush my hair for the first time ever without it turning into an ugly, frizzy mess.”
Which Virtue products do you use?
My routine changes up based on how I want to wear my hair and the weather, but my new go-to routine is:
Recovery Shampoo: I'm blow drying my hair at least once a week now and need that extra TLC
Full Conditioner: It's lightweight and creates density in my thin hair.
Uplifted Volumizing Whip on days I blow dry (for extra lift and bounce), and then I mix a dab of the Split End Serum and 6-in-1 Styler to the ends of my hair to protect it from heat.
Do you have any 'secret' styling tips?
For thin hair girls, really work the styling products into your hands first before applying to your hair. I always add product from the nape out, so if it’s a little heavy the top of my hair won’t get weighed down.
My other tip: Mixing the Polish Un-Frizz Cream with the Split End Serum is an amazing weekly leave-in treatment, especially on air-dried hair. I had big, beachy waves with zero effort!
What's your favorite thing about Virtue?
Virtue is so rewarding, personally and professionally. Not only has it helped my own hair (a good hair day is a great self-esteem booster), but I also get to hear inspiring stories every day about how our products have changed others’ lives (even though it’s just hair).
