Since our hair is porous, wetting it first creates a barrier to keep chlorine out of your strands which could dry out your hair! "Love the look of beachy waves? Here’s how to achieve those perfectly imperfect waves without a curling iron during the summer...
After you wash and conidition with your favorite shampoo and the Virtue Restorative Mask (it will SERIOUSLY CHANGE YOUR LIFE), comb through hair to get out any tangles, and follow by applying 6-in-1 Styler (one of my FAVORITE Virtue products) to your damp hair, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
Then, take different sized sections of hair, twisting all the way down (be sure to alternate the direction you make your twisted sections to ensure a natural wave pattern).
Now, let your hair air dry completely, and once it's completely dry, break up with your fingers to loosen the waves and voila! Beachy waves without using a curling iron or wand!"
