We’ve all been there, 10 minutes after spending what felt like hours getting ready we look in the mirror and our style has fallen flat. Adir Abergel, Virtue Labs Creative Director and Celebrity Hairstylist is here to give us his trick to preventing that from ever happening again.

First you want to create a strong foundation. Adir starts by spraying the Virtue Dry Shampoo all over the roots and then throughout the mid and ends as needed to create more volume and texture. 

Then apply the Lifting Powder exactly at the roots to create tease free volume that has memory and grip to hold your updo.

Start the updo by taking 2 sections and criss-cross them at the back, lift at the crown for volume, and use a hairpin to secure. From there Adir creates a deconstructed braid going down the nape, leaving a few pieces out around the face for a romantic soft feeling.
